Create your Space
Your Space is the root of everything: your company if you're a team, or just you if you're working solo. Every Group and Topic you create afterward lives inside it, and nothing outside it can reach in.

Add Groups for the people or projects that need their own context
A Group is usually a client, a department, or a family of related projects. Groups can nest, and each one only ever inherits from what sits directly above it in its own line, never from a sibling.

Add Topics for the specific thread of work
A Topic is the narrowest level: one campaign, one engagement, one specific piece of work. It automatically has everything set above it, unless something is overridden right there.

Set context anywhere in the cascade
Register "tone of voice", audience, or any rule once, at the level where it first applies, and every level below inherits it automatically. Override it lower down only where it genuinely needs to differ, and Wefta keeps a record of what it replaced.

Capture from what you already do
Feed Wefta documents, notes, and conversations you already have. It turns them into structured, reusable context instead of asking you to type everything in from scratch.
