The terms that govern your use of wefta.ai and the Wefta application.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wefta.ai and the Wefta application at app.wefta.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Wefta, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of the service
Wefta is a service that organizes context (Spaces, Groups, and Topics) and makes it available to AI tools you connect through MCP. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans, pricing, and payment
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page, in the currency shown there. Stripe processes payment details, recurring charges, invoices, refunds and payment-related fraud checks on our behalf. Wefta does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. Fees are non refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing going forward, with notice before it applies to you.
Business data processing
For business customers, the Wefta Data Processing Addendum applies when Wefta processes personal data on the customer's documented instructions. It supplements these terms and describes processing, security, subprocessors, international transfers and deletion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wefta to store or process unlawful content, to attempt to break its security, or to interfere with other users' access to the service.
Your content
You own the content you put into your Space. You grant Wefta the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you and to the AI tools you connect, solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models without your explicit permission.
Intellectual property
The Wefta name and the underlying software are operated under the name Wefta. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code beyond what is needed to use the service.
Availability
We aim to keep Wefta available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we will try to minimize disruption when we do.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wefta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you directly.
